The My Home Apartments terms & conditions for accomodation

The price list is valid from 1.2.2017. The price list includes VAT
The price includes accommodation tax €1,70 per person per night.
The fee for paying by credit/debit card is 3% of the payment.
If the reservation is canceled before arrival, My Home does not charge you a cancellation fee. In case that a client pays the accommodation in advance, My Home does not return any money back. In case that client has already paid for the accommodation and leaves sooner than he/she has planned, My Home does not return any money back.

The My Home Residencial Apartments terms & conditions for accomodation

Regarding the flat/apartment on Mytna 25, fully reconstructed and finished 07/2016.
We are offering 9 flats for long term lease, starting from 12 months.
The Apartments range from 40m2 up to 69m2 with a starting price from 650 EUR to 950 EUR respectively.
The apartments on the 5th floor come equiped with air conditions and balconies.
All the apartments are fully furnished with a kitchen fully equipped with a stove and an oven, a full size fridge equipped with a freezer, dish washer, a washing machine etc., TV/cable and an internet connection are included in the rent.
Electricity is billed separately, with a 50 EUR deposit (water, electricity, gas).
Apartments have a reception available 24h a day in the building oposite.
The building is fully secured with a surveillance system. Gated parking is availible for a fee of 50 EUR, or 100 EUR for a garage parking.
If you are interested in a cleaning service/housekeeping, we will/can provide you with this service once a week, or twice a month for 25 EUR a day.
A deposit is required to be paid upfront the day of the accommodation, upon signing the contract.
